Configuring
You may exclude directories and file types from your search.
To configure the directories to be included in searches:
- Click
- In the text-box, add a deny line. It will look like this: Deny /directory, where directory is the name of the directory you don't wish to be searched. Each command must be on its own line.
- Click .
To ignore a particular filetype:
- Click
- Add a deny line. It will look like this: Deny \.ext$, where ext is the extension you would like the search engine to ignore. Each command must be on its own line.
- Click .
To test the new search engine:
Click the link provided for testing.
